Join us in reflecting on the summery yang months past, whilst honing in on our intentions for the softer, more yin months ahead of us. During this session we will enjoy a relaxing guided meditation, have time to journal with prompts around the shift into autumn, and share in circle ~ being seen and witnessed by our peers is a powerful way to both release what’s no longer serving us, and call in our dreams. Please bring a journal, a pen and something comfortable to sit on.

In this meditation workshop you will reconnect to your inner world and heal any lost or wounded parts of you. As you return to a place of self-love, your higher mind will help you create powerful images or symbols which represent this love. You will then create a beautiful mandala, into which your image or symbol, will be placed. You will take this with you and keep it as a reminder to honour and love your self, at all times.

Mollie is offering a sound meditation using her symphonic gong - on Sunday before lunch - for anyone who would like to reset body and mind after the endless merriment of the weekend. This is a beautiful chance to decompress and reflect on your weekend.
